Customer complaint handling (failure analysis, corrective action plan brainstorming, 8D report preparation, etc.)Lead the team to discuss the critical quality issue and prepare corrective action plan and follow up.Act as a window to contact with our customer-diffusion centers in Europe for technical information document transfer, such as electrical test specification and cheap wedding gown dresses mechanical specification, etc.Maintain and update product structure, such as chi flat iron store bill of materials, assembly bonding diagrams, marking instructions, etc. Leader of new product transfer from our customer-diffusion center in Europe.
