Responsibilities and Achievements:
The main responsibility was in charge of the general Lacoste Polo Shirts and key account business, including the effective markets and customers management. I lead the team to make the investigation, analysis, formulation and assessment to cooperate with the sales department to implement the strategic projects.My job covered the fields as following: * Investigate the markets and industries to find the potential markets and hot markets, confirm the “Red Ocean” and “Cheap Lacoste Polo Shirts”; * Forecast the potential markets and potential applications to provide the direction and basis of markets development to the sales department;* Collect and study the competitors’ products, marketing models as well as competition tactics, and provide the basis for the marketing decision;* Cooperate with Lacoste Shirts department to work out the marketing policies, including the prices, promotion, industrial special policies;* Design, formula and push the industrial total solutions.* Write the high quality report about the marketing analysis, competitors analysis, forecasting, strategy plan, etc.* Organize and participate the marketing activities, for example, the exhibitions, seminars, products training, roadshow, customers club, etc.* Support the branches to achieve the excellent business targets.
