Now Marketing and Business Development Director, Asia Pacific

* Develop and maintain close relationship with channels, alliance partners and key customers in APAC region to increase market share. Identify business opportunities in the region.
* Communicate company solutions and technology to partners and customers.
* Maintain extensive communication with headquarter in UK, ensure APAC obtains necessary awareness, resources and supports.
* As single contact of point between key customers and internal cross-functional teams, assure customer-satisfaction and retain customer loyalty, provide effective response and timely solutions to address major issues raised by customers.
* Drive major projects within customers and internal departments.
* Provide sales support by understanding customers’ business and technical needs, and develop proper solution accordingly.
* Develop strategic and tactical business plan for APAC region, plan and implement marketing campaigns & program, product introduction and launch, and marketing material.
* Oversee marketing collaterals and online marketing documents.
* Collect market information as well as competitor intelligences, and generate analysis.
* Speak to public and media at trade shows as well as commercial events to promote company's branding and products.
